1.Turn off your phone
2.Press together volume up + volume down + home button + power button until Samsung logo appears on screen
3.Browse with volume buttons and select "wipe data/factory reset" then press home button
4.Choose "yes" with volume buttons and press home button to select it
5.Wait until format is complete
6.Select "reboot system now"
7.Wait until the phone restarts

Mine doesn't say or do anything' after i reboot and start the process of pressing the buttons it says RAMDUMP Mode(arm9 mode) than it stays on that same screen and than i have to take my battery out again just to turn it on again. PLEASE help me!

My son has always played with the pattern unlock screen and all it ever did was make me wait 30 secs to retry unlock pattern. Now this time he was doing the same thing and it took me to a sign in screen that asks me to sign in with google' so now when i do that from my phone it won't let me sign in from my phone but yet i can sign into my account from my comp. THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!

Hey ! I have a problem with my phone. I can't see my notification panel ( the task bar, it is literally gone ), I can't screenshot, I can't download apps from google play store, I can't open my camera. It also vibrates when you restart it or turn it on after it has been turned off. The vibration lasts for around 15 mins. If you know anything about it, please tell me. NOTE : I have this phone for a long time, maybe since like 2012, or 2013. I have also done everything: I restarted it multiple times, took the battery out and put it back, I did the hard reset. Nothing seems to work Thank you :)
