Deepak Sir , Once a GST bill is entered on Purchase the dealer has to show the sale , o/wise stock stands with dealer . TAX STANDS to be paid . 2nd GST or Inspector Sales can call the dealer for declaration of sales and stock .

I agree but documents required are Invoice or Bill of Supply or Delivery Challan Copy of the e-way bill or the e-way bill number, either physically or the e-way bill number in electronic form. If delivery man has a e way bill soft copy or number he should clear show the number or copy to the officer. But that person didn't carry anything else regarding goods supply . And that businessman also don't have any proof regarding this.

Sir if you want them to go by book you yourself should follow the same first, you never showed them a search warrant in written, they have a right to remain silent, but because of lack of knowledge and fear they were unable to exercise it. I can see that this is not at all a case of GST evasion, if he has done that entry in his system it automatically states that he has no intention of evading tax why would he do an entry if he wanted to evade tax. Also for interstate product movement E-way bill is required if the value of the product is more than Rs 50,000. If the value was less than Rs 50,000 you should not harass them, and even if it was more you have no right to harass them and infact you should tell them that they have the right to remain silent. People of our country are so naive and unaware of their rights, that they appreciate all these things. We are a democracy and these people work for us and not vice versa, we have the right to question them and we have the right to remain silent, these guys should have called their lawyer and asked him to talk to him instead of harassing them. If they did something wrong a legal action as per law could be taken but how can he harass them just to satisfy his ego. These things doesn't happen in countries like Canada because there the govt works for people and the people working for govt are so humble unlike what's happening here. Also he is defaming them by posting their video on social media, which is a far more serious crime. Announcing people guilty as per his own wish. Guilty unless proven innocent. Wow!!!

At first you Shud be wary of your language for an IAS officer..respect how much efforts has it taken to become one..respect probably is not your cup of tea either.. The other thing is for an IAS officer he has to establish the fact that business does not cause any revenue leakage to the govt (eg tax fraud) and to consumers(eg selling above MRP)..hence he established thru his trail that this business was causing revenue loss as his stock as per records was 183 while in actuality it was 160 hence the rest 23 is where? It obviously implies that it was sold on cash basis and hence no tax was collected and hence not paid..this happens in practical life even now..this has to stop..and even apart from that he asked GST officials to come and check the matter.. If u doubt my credentials am a CA..

If they write against them then it'd be a big mistake and get negative marking. Their work is different, They are all India administration. They have to make sure everything's going right.

Hello sir 🙏 मैं हरियाणा से. हूँ मैंने पिछले दिनो सूचना अधिनियम2005 के तहत अपने गांव के विकास कार्यों की सूची निकलवाई (सरपंच ने पूरा जोर लगाया कि सूचना न दी जाऐँ कितुँ राज्य सूचना आयोग के पास अपील से सूचना मिल गई) सूचना को ध्यान पूर्वक पढने से घौटालेँ साफ दिखाई दिऐ गांव मेँ 3 साल मे 50 लाख रू आया जिस मे से विकास कार्यों पर मात्र 15 -20 लाख रू ही खर्च किये गये उदाहरण के लिए नाली निर्माण मे जहाँ 4000 ईंट लगी है वहाँ 20000 ईंट दिखाई गई समुदायिक केंद्र निर्माण मे 20 लाख खर्च दिखाया गया जबकि हुआ मात्र 5-6लाख इसी तरह अन्य बडे घपलेँ .......... सरपंच व ग्राम सचिव मिल कर सारा पैसा खा गये श्री मान जी ; कृपया मुझे मार्ग बताईये कि कैसे इसकी inquiry करवाई जाऐ ताकि देश का पैसा वापिस हो तथा भ्रष्टाचार को मिटाया जा सकेँ Thank you sir From monti Ph.
