If you love more dynamism then, go for GSTI and if you are more into static kind of desk job then go for ITI. As of now, promotion wise ITI is still better than GSTI but, new RR for ITI may come anytime soon and that might affect the promotion of ITIs too...So, ultimately you have to take the call.

Which one is better GST inspector or Assistant Section Officer of Ministry of Railways.

ASOs are ministerial jobs...if you are more into strictly clerical and desk job then ASO is better, GST department is very dynamic..you'll get to learn new things almost every other day. You'll have more exposure in GST...but in terms of promotion, ASOs have better promotion as per my knowledge. If you are from Delhi and your score is high enough to get ASO Railways, then I would suggest you to take GSTI from my experience. But, ultimately the call is always yours. Good Luck 👍🏾

Induction Training at Hyd NACIN, Weapon training will be at NISA most probably. That's it. After training We have to go back to the respective formations where we are posted at as per AGT.
