Problem pe work ni ho raha sochne ki baat hai Demand Notice kyun issue ho rahe hain. Supplier ki galti ki saza purchaser ko kyun. Yehh demand supplier pe hi hona chahiye

Most burning issue of this faulty gst regime is that for the fault of supplier purchaser is responsible.basically purchaser should pay double tax to government and stop working.

Sir our appeal was rejected due to time limit . But we have submitted annexure I and hold demand recovery. Annexure I is declaration. Proper officer not demand any payment of additional 20 % .
