Brother during ,CBI training when can we use the gym. Can we use the gym during the games hour. Or should we play only sports during the games hour . Also ,does the gym have a trainer. I am skinny fat and want to build muscle during training itself. Will we get protein rich food.

Tamil is best sir settle hoo javoo..... future generations ke liye best he..... Delhi ncr area me AQI is high and air quality is bad.... Mumbai is overcrowded,,.... Tamilnadu me ghar le kar settle hoo jaye.....vasse bhi Apna India he.....But Ghar beach ke pass mat dena nahi too flood time problem hooga ......take little fare from ocean in future....🙏🙏....kessa he mera suggestions????
