Sir , what recipient who purchased the good and availed ITC ,there after replaced the good with another under warranty/ any part or component . Whether recipient need to pay GsT as per Schedule 1

No, gst is paid on the warranty component at the time of original supply of goods, so at time of replacement no one will pay gst
