भाईजान हमको दो सवाल पूछने है मेहरबानी कर उनके जवाब जरूर दीजियेगा , क्यो की हमारे सीए बहुत परेशान कर रहे हैं ।। कोई मीडिया लाइन की मीडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी है उसकी तीन अलग अलग नाम से वेबसाइट हैं लेकिन इन तीनो नाम से MSME अलग अलग यानी कि तीन ली हुई है और कम्पनी के अंडर लोगो ट्रेडमार्क कराया हुआ है इन तीनो वेबसाइट पर विज्ञापन से अर्निंग होती है और कस्टमर बिल मांगते हैं तो सर्विस में बिल बनेगा लेकिन हमको यह पूछना है क्या तीन MSME होने की वजह से तीन GST नम्बर लेने होगें या प्राइवेट लिमिटेड कंपनी से एक ही GST से काम हो सकता है ? साथ ही यह भी बताए advertisement से हुई अर्निंग कम्पनी के ही एक ही करंट अकाउंट में आती है तो क्या अलग अलग अकाउंट खोलने होगें , हम आपके बताये तरीके से gst में रजिस्ट्रेशन करने बैठे थे लेकिन इन दो सवाल की वजह से नही कर पा रहे हैं , मेहरबानी कर जवाब जरूर दें ,,,
