Sir, I have two firms in two states. With same PAN, and I sending my goods to others state to my firm. Because of that my lot of ITC is getting accumulated in my other firm. I do export at zero rated supply. Because of that I am not claiming ITC. And also I am paying out tax from other state as I am sending goods. Can I use is case and settle my ITC against Output of same PAN? Pls clarify
