Very similar setup you have there to mine. I think I might get those hand guards too. Thanks for the video.

Dear fellow biker, I am writing to you as a Suzuki 1250 owner from the Canary Islands. Sorry to bother you, but, I have been some time looking for some extras for the bike, that I have seen in your videos, but, I haven't got anything that I am looking for on the internet. More specifically: The fuel tank protector. The additional visor spoiler to protect from the wind. The small additional one on the top (I really liked the one your bike has). The mirror spacers to gain visibility. I would appreciate very much if you could share with me some links and information about it. Thank you very much Regards

In the UK, having the hand guards touching the screen could be a M.O.T. failure

Hi , nice vid, but I notice you have handle bar risers on which take the bars back slightly, on a standard bar would the guards hit the screen earlier, so as not to have full lock ? I want to fit these to my GSX1250FA.

What brand name are the hand guards? I really like how they fit & would like a set for my 2012 GSX1250 FA. Thanks for the video!

Hi Steve... great vid. and very helpful. Love the risers you got for the handlebars... can you tell me where you got them and approx cost. Also was there any need to alter brake/clutch lines and/or other cables or were there sufficient slack to allow the change without other necessary modifications. Regards Mark

risers came from twistwd throttle, no modification necessary for brake or clutch lines. Good luck.

Hello - Can you advise which replacement screen you went for ? My dealer has suggested an MRA like you have, and to fit it to the standard screen, but I see you have an aftermarket screen as well as an MRA. Thanks for the video, very useful. I think I'll get the hand guards.
@stevevillanueva1258 жыл бұрын
the whole screen is the MRA vario screen... However it didn't make a big enough difference for me. If you're touring like I do mabey look into a taller screen. PS. I also have 1" bar risers to sit up a little more comfortably.

Hey. tell me the name of your cruise control does not handle, and the one that the engine start button - the lever. Where such a view? What brand of hands protection?
@stevevillanueva1258 жыл бұрын
if I understand your question the hand guards are from a 2014 suzuki v strom 1000. There is no cruse control, just a throttle lock, forgot the name. And the other piece on the throttle is because I have a bad wrist and it hurts to hold the throttle for too long. I sold that bike and dont remember the name of that either, sorry, but they're available in every bike store... The throttle lock I got on ebay. Hope that helps.. I now ride a Triumph Explorer...
