Kronenmutter is called castle nut in English. It's pretty easy to make a tool for them by cutting sections out of a correctly sized socket. That way you can also use a torque wrench on them.

Hello mate, when we fix the Carb engine head on FI bike is there any other parts need to be fitted on the Carb engine head other than the connector to the TB. cheers!

Yes, don't dorget to change the camshafts, too. The FI engine has a cam position sensor on the inlet camshaft. Also you need to use the FI valvecover for said sensor. Otherwise it's just the four connector pieces to fit the throttlebody.

Thanks for your quick reply. In other words the Carb engine head and the valves would be compatible onto the FI cylinder. is there any HP different? Cheers!

@@zamzx10 Yes, this should work. I think the carb head has slightly different inlet runner profiles so there could be a minor dirffenence in HP but I'm lacking the personal experience there since we ported the heads for the racebike. when you do the swap make sure to check everything double and crank the engine by hand before fireing it up. Thats importand for valve clearance (wich also needs to be checked). If you run into any problems let me know!
