Definitely, that was my plan all the time to get them to learn practical skills. Skills for life. I hate seeing them on their Xboxes. Look at our latest rebuild on the VFR400. They've grown up a bit but getting more hands on now and pretty much rebuilt the bike on their own.

The GSX-R 750 is iconic! The ‘96 model was my first sportbike. I currently own a ‘08 750 and still love it!

The code is YKY PEARL VIGOR BLUE. Its a two stage colour. You have to paint it a ground coat silver first then the blue.

@@ivanvazquez1653 Lechler is the best colour scheme. They do a good water based product. I had to respray the tank and the match was perfect. If you are struggling to find a supplier look up RS bike paints.

@@gixer0787 powdercoating is harder wearing too. Only cost £40 too. I'm a painter by trade but powder coating is the best choice for the swingarm.

Spent about £800 on new parts. Chain and sprockets, news wheel bearings, swingarm and linkage bearings. New Brembo discs and pads, new caliper seals. Spent about £250 on powder coating swingarm and wheels and zinc plating all the nuts and bolts etc.
