Hey Matt, one thing I learned and notice that you don’t ensure each time, but when you’re foaming the wheels, you miss the upper portion of the inner barrel due to aiming downward (or even straight on), I learned to aim upwards in order to get foam in that area for lubrication/cleaning. Just thought I’d mention it, outside looking in. You’re the man. Happy Thanksgiving, brother.

The difference between washing a dialed in car where everything is coated (mine) vs a big dirty truck (uncles) where dirt is in every crack and crevice, zero protection, rough swirled spotty paint and glass and getting on the ladder every 30 seconds, filthy carpeted wheel wells, etc..a nightmare. Its enjoyable to wash mine every single time, its a nuisance to wash others. Could never do this for a living or even a side gig.

From one obsessed person to another, I have a question/suggestion for a "Version 2" of a great product you already sell, which is the "Stainless Steel Coxreels Pressure Hose Reel Mount". Here it goes: have you considered making a version that extends downwards (so taller), that can include the holes for the CR Spotless DIW-20? Alternatively, have you considered a version one that extends upwards, with holes for the 18" x 8" Stainless Steel Pressure Washer Shelf? Either of these solutions would allow for a cleaner look, that also solves the stud separation issue, and avoids the need for the big wood piece to mount on. Or maybe one version that has the mounting holes for all three (Cox Reel, Shelf and DI)? Anyways, just a thought... Thanks again.

Probably N1914 Rinse-less wash, it can be diluted to a waterless wash.

I appreciate what you’re trying to build with your business, but, how many of your customers or viewers are “pedestrians” with a single 2gpm setup? You also mentioned how frustrating it was with the lack of response or accountability from your closet vendor, I purchased new hose reel from OG and experienced shipping damage from poor packaging. I submitted 2 separate requests (2 weeks apart) for either a replacement or other viable resolution and I got no response. It makes me second guess wanting to remain a “pedestrian” customer.

Artdeshine Graphene is what you put on that windshield. I agree with what you're saying about all the new products on the market and all of the channels that have popped up testing these things. I think it is just a natural progression of newer people coming in that want to grab a slice of the pie and make a name (and business) for themselves with the "latest and greatest." Eddie and Jamie from The House of Rags are good examples of that because they've built up a following of people who really like them (partially by currying favor with their audience by giving away new products on KZbin livestreams.) Their argument is that they are bringing in a bunch of underrepresented and/or new brands, that haven't been given a chance by the established detail suppliers, to one 3PL warehouse in the US. Yeah they are "testing" them, but they are growing so fast with just two guys that I can't see how they can be serving their customers and the brands they are selling in the same way that a place like The Rag Company does. I do get sucked into some of the new products, simply because it is enjoyable for me to try some new stuff. I really enjoy rinseless washes, and there has been some serious innovation in that market in the last few years. I think Optimum and McKee's have some real serious competition on their hands now. ADS Hero, Koch Rrw, DIY Detail v2, Absolute and Pan's rinseless are all outstanding in their own way. Yeah it is very subjective, but I do think there is still some room for new products to have tangible benefit over what is existing. I love Gtechniq and EXO (especially the single layer V5), but in my experience they just aren't holding up for us very well up here in the North. Big temperature swings and road salt just seem to make them fail much sooner than they do in more temperate climates, so that has had me on a chase to see if there is a better coating for my conditions. Diamond ProTech Body 36 has been working extremely well for me so far, and I'm about to apply C6 Hydro Lite and CCI Advance to my wife's car to see how they fare with the abuse her car sees. I think there is also something to be said for newer coating technology with faster cure times and single layer application.
