Wow, the PS3 is still alive. I also played GT6, but my PS3 makes a lot of noise and hums. It's probably the thermal paste, because there's no dust yet. Your console was also humming, did you change the thermal paste?

I have 2 PS3s. One Slim and the other Super Slim. I play alternately depending on the games. Maybe that's why it's not humming yet and the lifespan is extended by 50%? 😂

@@GTGameCars I then took it apart myself, there was no dust, so that means it was the heat-shrinking paste.

@@GTGameCars most likely it can't cool, it has lost its quality in cooling and ventilation does cooling, but this one is not enough and probably sat like that humming, somewhere around ~110 decibels

@@Mr.Aliance Probably that is the reason I once changed the thermal paste on my PS3 Fat that was almost dead just to copy all the data into the new PS3 Slim. Then I let it die because the solder on the mainboard is starting to flake
