I have a BMW M3 E46 but i cant build it like yours. I have the same swap too. Thats wierd.

The Understeer could be due to the low downforce on the front what I recommend is nerf the power a little add a little bit of front downforce,also the Steering Angle Adapter could help too.

It is challenging but once you have a really good car it's not so bad even though the AI are a lot quicker.
