You could buy this version in PlayStation Store but since the Definitive Edition came out Rockstar removed them and you can't buy it anymore

I remember doing this on my old account. Wasn’t that hard, import / export vehicles was though. Lost my account and the original downloads so I can’t play it ever again

That's tough. I spent like 2 hours looking for Bus for the import export, it's not hard just time consuming
