To complete this side mission, you must pick up and drive 100 customers to their destinations. The fares do not need to be done consecutively.
Reward: The Borgnine Cab spawns at the Borgnine Taxis company in the Harwood district of Portland Island.

thank god, I was at 67 fares and for some reason my bad luck made me keep searching for a new passenger in only 15 seconds duration only to find out it's on the second floor of some freaking building near the meeouch sex club, having no choice but to lose this mission.. damn I was pissed when that happened and then I found this video to know that you don't have to do it consecutively.. (tbh, 100 consecutive passengers is quite a painful thing to do in just one run)

U can replace the textures of the cars just search it up

Im at 102 fares and i dont see black taxi why is there no stream that shows how to do it...

If I'm not mistaken it's the steam version that has the cars painted black for some reason.
