I always wished they gave some explanation for how Luis is able to do all these things. How he is more skilled at tactical combat than an entire army of highly trained SWAT (NOOSE). For Niko, he is a combat veteran with experience and training. For Johnny he’s usually alongside his gang which increases chances of survival. Also how the hell he gets away with everything?! For Niko, they justify it by making him an IAA asset so they clean up for his major crimes, and for Michael, Franklin, and Trevor, they have the FIB. The things Luis does are WAY more over the top than anything any other HD Universe protagonist does, but he has no explanation for how he does it and how he gets away with it. That lack of immersive details makes it hard to enjoy TBoGT for me.

Yeah, that's true. He's just a bodyguard with a history of drug hustling. But, like GTA 5, Louise's expansion is more goofy and over the top than GTA IV and Lost and the Damned, so I think they just went for a lighter color approach.

GTA missions are really good in general. There are a lot great set pieces and the pacing is on point. On the other hand, RDR2's missions are garbage. I can't even remember one good mission from RDR2.

I'd say my favorite one is the 2 guarma missions where you sabotage cannons and the one before you leave
