GTA 4 - First Person Gang/Police Shootout + Six Star Escape

Gta 4 is still my fav GTA storywise, as well written and animated as 5 is. But it suffers from 2 things: wonky aim friction and unrealistic reloads. With 1st person, the first mentioned is remedied. Some new, fan made frames for each weapons' reload/downtime cycle would be just majestic.

gta 4's police and ai is still the best to this day, ai is the center of what makes a game fun and gta 4 has unique ai thats way more fun to fight than gta 5's ai
