GTA 5 Has LSPDFR. This is LCPDFR.. LSPDFR does not work for gta 4 it's a completely different game and mod.

At the time there was hype building up around gta 5 and people were waiting for LSPDFR, so what people would do is port the peds and the default gta 5 police cars into gta 4. And as soon as LSPDFR came out people got rid of the shitty default cars lol.

Xliz Dogg Is if you’re asking if you can do lcpdfr online, I doubt it. I have to use xlive and downgraded gta 4 just to run the game, and xlive disable GFWL, which in turn I think disabled online because you need to log in
