I would suggest you play ravenfield and set yourself as the spectator team, the game has a ton of good mods which can be easily set up and all you have to do is to set yourself as the spectator's team. Custom skins exist and custom weapons and custom vehicles, maps and so much more, you can change the skins of reds and blues to be whatever you want, russians vs americans, ussr vs germany in ww2, anything is possible, you can even configure them to only use their era specific weapons if you subscribed to a ww2 pack or modern weapons pack.

Hello brother firstly I wish you get well and recover really soon, its a hard time and I pray to god you get your health back as soon as possible. About the mods, I'm using 2 mods for creating and spectating NPCs one is Simple Native Trainer other one is Zolika1351's trainer. Also I used 1 graphics mod and it was Icenhancer Natural. If you could reach me from my social medias or discord it would be much easier to explain as 2 mods(Simple Native and Zolika1351's mod) are a bit broken together but they work.
