Paramedics got a downgrade too. GTA 4 they could actually revive people and load them into the Ambulance. They’d just drive around randomly after that. GTA 5’s paramedics show up, declare the patient dead (regardless if they’re still writhing on the ground or speaking), fill out a form and drive away, leaving the body behind.
