Drifting in gta v has saved me from griefers so many times, most the time they just hop in my car and just vibe with the ride

Bumpers and all aesthetic customization have a slight effect on handling! They are not very noticeable but they can make a bit of difference if you really want the max out of your car. A bigger bumper will increase the hitbox in the front and move the centre of mass of the car slightly forward, wings and rear bumpers move the centre of mass backward so if you find yourself spinning out a lot putting more mods on the front can help. (this will most likely make no differemce to you, it mainly effects really experienced drivers who want to fine tune their car) (also neon lights lower your centre of mass quite a bit and make the car snappier) Wheels all have the same grip the less grip on suv wheels thing is just placebo effect. The transmission increases gears and a better transmission makes shifting faster, if you find yourself going up a gear and loosing wheelspin too often downgrade your transmission. If the car is a single gear drifter put a cheap transmission, if you basically only double clutch then put an expensive one. Suspension effect the snappyness of the car, a lower suspension will make transactions from one side to the other easier but will make the car harder to control and make spinning out way easier. Any type of spoiler wich increases the traction bar will give you more grip so it's not suggested to use them on most cars, i usually put them on very powerfull ones like the Banshee or on cars i exclusively use on downhill like my little futo because it helps you regain control easier. Armor has 0 effect on handling but makes it harder to stance it so its not suggested. Also sorry if my english isn't that great, i tried my best to explain everything i know about car stuff in this game

@@kb20097 max engine, max transmission (i find that the car kinda lacks on power at certain regimes so i want a reactive transmission to be able to pull as many double clutches as possible) and turbo, no wing and for the suspension it is very subjective since it's a particularly heavy car with a lot of body momentum (still not as much as the schafter tho). Personally i went for the second cheapest option since i found that because of all the momentum the car carries it's kinda easy to get too much angle and with cheaper suspension you get exactly that, a slightly less reactive car with a bit more of angle, i may go with the third cheapest depending on what i'll do with it but personally on gta i'd rather have a sluggish car rather than an hyper sensitive one. My opinion tho is against the current since i see most people go with max suspension exactly because of that, the car become much more reactive but i feel it kinda hinders it's best aspect: beeing able to just throw it around a corner at high speed and carry the momentum. but hey, maybe it's just a difference in skill level since i'm in no way a pro on this game. For the aesthetic customization just go for whatever you like, as i said the difference is so little that most of the times even a pro wouldn't notice it so no need to worry about that shit. This is just my personal opinion tho, you should find yourself what's best for you by trial and error, depending on how the car feels to you, i'm just a nerd with average skill and too much time spent trying to understand the physics of this game.

Clutch kicking comes from how drivers quickly stepped on the clutch pedal visually making it look like its being kicked and that breaks traction in the wheels causing a drift, hope this helped
