Hello! There is a official site on google named gtamods. From there you can install anything you want from cars to different maps and way much more. You might need to see a tutorial if you want to because it's not very easy for the first time. Good Luck! 👍🏻

You know what, i just realized that GTA V has this downforce mechanic which lets car drive upside down if they are fast enough and lets inverted bikes at high speed can go practically flying. Meanwhile for planes, Rockstar ends up going with a fake lift instead of using similar downforce mechanic but inverts it from going down to going up.
