You can also add your own decorations to the different areas of the penthouse, that's why all the walls and shelves are blank. You'll have to go down to the cashier in the casino and change dollars into chips and pay for the decorations with chips. The max you can change at a time is 50,000. Some decorations are pretty expensive but it's not too bad. You can add things like posters and paintings, plants, sculptures and statues, memorabilia, vases and books. It's really neat.

Caracara 4x4 is one I recommend. It is a pick-up truck so it's slow as expected but its fast for a pick-up truck topping out at just over 100 MPH (160 KMH)
