Gta 5 Challenge - Hunt The Survivors - Launch The Scramjet!

I have just 25 minutes to catch as cars as possible on Gta 5, and while i have use of the crazy scramjet the arena makes things a serious challenge.

You can cancel the Scramjet’s boost by pressing the boost button a second time. You’ll still have to deal with the full countdown but at least your brakes will work again

Seems like the Scramjet is great for this mode. Maybe in the future if eliminated survivors got helicopters so they could show you roughly where their friends are it would help ramp up the intensity at the end.

Oh my gosh, yes, it always feels so difficult at the end when there aren't many left and he's running around aimlessly, having helis or smoke planes would be great.

Yea the scramjet and the vigilante are the perfect cars for this mode. The boost just makes for such good encounters. The runners get to try and goad Alex into using the boost at the wrong time, but Alex obviously has the speed and agility boosts/jumps can offer. Really works well.

You can cancel the boost by pressing boost while boosting. You can also change your vehicle's plane of rotation by holding hand brake in the air. Can't believe people still don't know this after almost 10 years

That Leathercap elimination really was a thing of beauty on both ends. Leather played the escape just right but the maneuverability of the scramjet was just too much! Brilliant.

I actually really like the Scramjet because you can stop the boost on command, unlike the Batmobile which just won't stop boosting until empty edit: oh

You can stop the boost by pressing A/X again to make it easier to control, also you can stop flying and drop straight down by switching to michael/trevor/franklin and then pressing B/O to cancel.

I agree with others, I think scramjet is perfect for this game mode in GTA5. I'd like to see you continue to use the scramjet and change the arenas. As you get better with the scramjet, the filming crew can start using better vehicles.

Love these Hunt the Survivors videos! A suggestion for a variation to the game mode - Alex starts with 10 minutes on the clock, but gains a minute for each 'boop' and two minutes for each complete KO, might give a little more incentive to resist the 'sell out your friends' game

Request for the map maker: try a checkpoint-based "lap of the map" with one point at the far south and one at the far north of your arena area, then wall it in to avoid the wrong way on the screen. A dedicated finish point would help sort things out. Edit: Maybe west to east would be a step better or no difference at all?

add more time because the number of them are 15*3 times = 45 time you have to catch them so either you make it 1 min per car or reduce the number of the Survivors form 3 to 2 times

I dont know if you noticed or not but with the system being 3 strikes and out, you should have just typed one letter per strike till that person is out, kinda like hangman, just saying a little detail that could make it better :) Edit: a possible way to address the lag would be a honk to confirm you got hit

If i were Alex I’d aim for cyclones as it’s so much better tactically because if he hits a cyclone it means he’s eliminated that individual from the game in comparison to hitting a panto which still would have 2 more lives left AND if he leaves a panto and chases after a cyclone he can always come back at a later time to get the panto as that’s easier to catch?
