i might be alone with this, but this is the one car i was most excited for in this update. Most game companies think the only way to make a Beetle hot rod is to ditch the fenders but that's truly not the case. As you mentioned there's a lot of work involved to get it to look like a bad ass hot rod such as chopping the top, lowering it, etc. As someone who really loves the culture surrounding them I think Rockstar did an amazing job with it, and your take on it is beautiful as well. It appeals to people like me who love traditional rods and customs and it can appeal to those who prefer ratty styles and drag cars as well. The kids can enjoy their Obey 10Fs, I'll happily cruise down the boulevard tonight in one of these

@@FiatUno2003 Honestly the Corsita doesn't have terrible mods for being a supercar. TBH irl, there aren't a lot of random Maserati mods either. VW Bugs are generic econoboxes loved the world over, so it's not surprising they have a bigger aftermarket. This is a mild case of art imitating life in that regard.

Absolutely love how the red velvet color turned out. Very fitting. Personally I think the roof fin would work better than the surfboard, though. Best part is how wheelies are less wheelies and more the driveshaft rotating the entire car. The normal Weevil has the same issue where it won’t stop a wheelie until it goes all the way back, but it’s a part of the charm.

I love how the BF weevil customs headlights options gives it a totally different personality Old school fog lights: just the weevil with reading glasses Retro fog lights: a man named Cornelius holding a pair of opera binoculars for some reason Minimalist fog lights: that's Tim he's timid and would rather be a home than in public. Classic Spotlights: he is wompus he eats and sniffs glue. Sometimes calls Froot loops gay cheerios. Definitely has a huge nose. (Insert color) custom fog lights: that's helga she was a beer maid. Never really had the 🍒 to be one tho. Ratrod fog lights: that's ol willy. Lovable old fart. Tells us stories about his time in the Korean War. Always wants to be a loving Grandfather figure to you by giving you caramel cubes. 🥺

For a rat rod build it's great I just wish they had an offroad option for this vehicle. Something like a BF Injection with real customization options since Rockstar never really gave us any for the Injection. 40in tires, 2ft of suspension travel, amber running lights in the back a light bar or KC type lights on the roof, roll cage options and front bumper options would have been cool.

If you customize at the auto shop (to save money) or a customs shop you only get 25 of 27 options. Be sure to use your office garage or Benny's so you don't miss things like I did.

I think this is the first time we've had a true drag car. This thing is great in a straight line but really cannot corner. Other "drag cars" released by R* seem to also be able to turn fine. Hopefully helpful hint: When scrolling through contacts on your phone, you can skip through entire pages using the left/right on the D-pad. Saves you having to move through one contact at a time with the up/down D-pad inputs.

The lights work, the lights in the game are automatic so daytime you can only use high beams. At night your lights turn on.

BF Injection there is one in my town I seen looked just like it down to the rusted paint. This one looks cool I'll have to get it upgraded. There is also a speed glitch where you can hold ebreak and gas together while at speed will give you low grip and speed a bit faster.

the understeer might be because of not maxing out the suspension. I've heard people say tht some cars have handling flags unless the suspension is maxed out

I sold my weevil like a year ago during garage organizations and cleanout. I earned it back through English Dave last month or so for this so I was set, only had to pay for upgrades and whatnot. My Bennys vehicles are my “craziest”, liveries and mods that I don’t typically consider go on them. Mines a crew black with that skull livery, off-road theme to it all. Love this thing. Not sure if it’s just the bumps I’ve hit but it almost feels comparable to an HSW car, am I alone in that? I couldn’t imagine hitting these speeds on my xbox one s character without freezing and going underneath the map

I guess I can understand why this car spins itself out during wheelies. Probably because during a wheelie one of the back wheels are cut off from the ground (floating), and in this case you basically have just 1 wheel, which is moving you forward. Or at least it's trying it's best
