Xa-21 handles briliantly, and great customization as well. You should get some new records around city tracks with this thing, assuming it handles bumps well. Btw, engine block doesnt increase traction, even though it says so.

The only thing that draws me away from this car is the odd camera position. If it was chase close like most of the other cars I would have no problem with picking one up. The Jaguar C-X75 is a true marvel of a car.
