they had fender flare/ bodykits on the bennys sultan rs and that had the wheels come out with the arches so it definitly is possible maybe not adjustable poke but a selection of the arch that also brings the wheel out with it. really missed that and its a shame

Yeah, I was really excited about a Hakotora but the wheels were a big letdown. The ZR350 was a bit of a letdown too, it could’ve been so good but the rear brake calipers clip into some of the wheels.

I'm sure you noticed this already, but buying the auto shop gives everyone full access to all paint job options. I'm not a huge fan of racing, so I never unlocked chrome. But now I can chrome whatever I want at a discount. All of my muscle cars will finally get the chrome trim they've been waiting for, and that....is....AWESOME SAUCE!

You should take each of the cars you customise before and after so round the indoor track at the new car meet building then have a leaderboard of the track times (btw you can start a timed lap in the interaction menu once inside the track area) :)

Just in case, this took me some hours to discover... When you drive stanced (stance: lowered) new dlc cars they become very slippery, useful for drifting but higly uncontrollable at high speed. If you turn stance: Default they turn more like normal ones

I think an easy ish fix for the folks at rockstar would be to tie the wheel placement to the widebody option in the future. I think it should be possible to have the option be tied to somekind of "chassis transform" for the wheels to be extruded, i think bigger tires tho will have it's own set of technical challenges but for a dev team as big as rockstar's I'm not sure if the problem is too deep rooted to be fixable or it's just a disregard for the little things.

the interior thing is a pretty common oversight when using the mirror workflow to model a car. When the artist did one side and mirrored it to the other, the two vertices on the very edge are shifted and he didn’t set the merge body setting high enough
