yo press E on pc near NPCs who are walking or aren't interacting with their phone or talking to another NPC and you can talk to them. Michael and Franklin will say, whenever prompted two "good"lines, either a greeting or a compliment, anything after that will be a taunt or an insult, Trevor only has taunts and insults. whats funnier is that Trevor has a lot and mean A LOT of insults specifically against fat people. there is also a fat woman that walks around in bikini near a beach that, whenever you switch to Trevor, van be seen walking near him, if you follow her you can taunt her infinitely, she will never react, talk about having thick skin.

As far as I know of, the reason why the bank and vault is accessible is because the Gta Online Heists Update was originally supposed to be for story mode. But feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
