Personally I think this DLC was actually pretty good, but it was the inconsistency of quality in mainly the vehicles that brings it down for me, like lots of vehicles not having interior color options, and having forced parts and less part option seperation, as well as other quality issues, other than that though I can say I'm pretty content with what we got.

What did you expect? It's 10 year old game. Wont keep same terrible quality for next 10 years. When GTA 6 comes out you'll find the quality inside vehicles to be on TD Unlimited Solar Crown level then look at this game saying "Wow, all interiors look atrocious..."

I feel they had 2 experienced people working on the heists while they had their interns work on the rest lol The Contract was their last best since that probably was the last time they had a full experienced crew on an update (not to mention the advertising expenses). I feel we’re gonna get a Criminal Enterprise redux this summer to fix all the bugs they’ve created.

By the way, when you buy one of the police cars, because you can only modify them in properties you own, you can't sell them. They are the first ever well and true permanent personal vehicles. Edit: I have been told that you CAN indeed sell them at the Arena War Workshop, Avenger Workshop & MOC Workshop.

Whats funny about the Asterope GZ is that it has suspension options in the files but they haven't be enabled on the server. So I do hope they can do a hotfix soon

Knowing them they won’t update it until the Summer dlc. Even then I doubt they’ll add it in lol. Just like that one time where the Stirling GT had a bug on one of the liveries that basically made the windows bulletproof. Took them until the next update to fix it.

There’s also two more glitches with the stanier le when you take the lightbar completely off the reflections for the lights don’t show up in the front, and the single raised spotlight doesn’t work [Edit] I just double checked the spotlight does work but it’s very dim, and when you look to the right/left it’s even worse when I got out of my avenger and checked the spotlight again the light isn’t even fully in the spotlight but it does work so that’s really cool!!

The fact that we are saying this is the best update in 2 years shows how low the bar is that Rockstar has set. These quality of life changes were long overdue, they continue to ignore what their audience wants, make updates only available for a certain group of players, and continuously push out these half-*** updates. They really need to fix the issue with lifts in the salvage yard/Auto Shop. When a car is done being salvaged on the 2nd lift, it deletes the car on the 2nd lift at your auto shop as well. I just got screwed out of a Nebula Turbo

i think that the cooldown of one week is very great for the immersion of the game. Yeah, it's frustrating and we cannot hide that most likely a big reason for this is that rockstar tries to push people to buy sharkcards, but this is a bit like the cooldown to the cayo perico, they want people to not play only one thing non stop to grind money, getting bored very fast of that content. It's a very smart moves that helps us to do more things in gta and it helps them to keep people playing the game. If you ask me it is very interesting what they are doing with this cooldown

So how are you able to keep the cars I've yet to figure that part out because Jamal says you can sell it you yosif scrap for parts or pay to change the vin # for a fee? But I don't see that option anywhere so how do I get to keep them? Also what's better to scrap or to sell? Because they said we can make our own custom card with the scrap parts? We'll be able to keep robbery target cars at some point, just like Yusuf mentioned it, but its just not a feature yet. So in theory we'll be able to get 3 cars for 'free' every week for doing 30-40 minutes robberies each. Some cars on the datamined target car list are worth above 2M GTA$ so imagine getting some of the best supercars for a single cayo worth of time that otherwise would require 2 cayos worth of money. That's why we need to deal with this 3 cars / game week system. R* doesn't want us to acquire dozens of cars for almost free on a single game week. :)

There's a few things you left out, like for instance, everything is so damn expansive, the tow truck missions while fun do get repetitive after awhile, the fact that everything feels copy/pasted in this is a joke. And for old gen they finally added in the copy car thing to LSCM which should've been in the tuners DLC for everyone on day one for both current and old gen consoles. If you think about it the fact that they finally added that in 2 DLCs later is a slap in the face to old gen players.

Overall, not a money maker, not a lot of good cars - rather some very basic and reprinted lame cars, no real interaction between drift activities and tow truck business - like no upgrades to unlock or even towing the drift cars in order to get unlocks or upgrades, weapon sucks, no flying or boats.. At least they reused the Arena War for a heist event that was pretty fun. Overall, a weak DLC for Xmas.

I’ll be honest I love it over the last 2 DLCs we’ve gotten and the car selection isn’t as bad. Are most selections random? Yes, but editions like the G35 are most certainly welcomed. But the Camaro being convertible was so unnecessary and the new Mustang is near perfect except it’s again a convertible. Here’s hoping the Summer DLC is something like this one content wise.

For me, I personally do not like any of the car heist missions. Every year a heist in some form and noting truly new. However as for the Tow Truck business side of things, I liked. Vintage GTA. Instead of constantly a heist per year. As for the vehicles not a bad choice. But the only things that will let me down during Christmas is the Ecola Truck for the Two Unique Sweaters and the Gooch outfit, as they all need to be done in public sessions or to invite a friend to waste up to 30 mins just to get them to spawn in. I don't trust no one online, and much prefer to get what I want completely privately with peace of mind. I'm going to give this DLC because of the Heists a solid 3/10 but the Tow Truck side that I like a solid 9/10 because I can invest in those new cars more efficiently.

If anyone thinks the police cars are backported from gta 6, take a good hard look at the blaine county police cruiser then come back to me. Police Gauntlet is just the Gauntlet Hellfire with police decals and bullbar/light options. think most of these cars in this dlc were supposed to be released with the cancelled cops n crooks dlc. 4 police vehicles, 2 eras of impala, its pretty obvious to me. Also, the Greenwood was confirmed to be a part of that content Edit: Also just came to realize the unmarked stanier has been in the game since day 1 in single player, and a very long time in online as part of radiant quests, the doors were locked and you couldnt steal and drive them

8/10 for me. The mini heist/ car robberies are so fun. It's a boomer It's a event week thing. I wanted it to refresh every day. Cop cars so fun to have. The minivan makes you laugh when you own it an drive it. Better than mercenaries update. Added more content than take away content. I'm still pissed over the 286 cars Rockstar removed on the websites.

I think the only robbery that should have the one week cooldown is the podium robbery, that one makes the most sense. But every single one, and there’s two we’re still waiting on to be cycled in? Not the right way to go. I think the changes for the next gen consoles are amazing, animals and revamped interaction menu and whatnot, but they really screwed up the robberies. I love the cop cars finally being purchasable, but the other cars disappointed me. I think there have been better updates, but there have been FAR worse updates over the years, so it’s a good update in my opinion.
