I tried Assassin's Creed oddessy on my laptop. Same model. 52 avg fps no overclock. Very High settings. Temps are okay about 70-87 I usually stop gamming when I get 90C. But it's very rare that I reach that temp.

Nice performance Add CPU power package(tdp) in afterburner rivatuner osd to show power consumption. Raise the laptop rear end with hard object like eraser to increase airflow and more less temperature. Try a custom fan profile with 80% rpm i.e 4500. It will be less noisy and good temperatures too

After limiting y540 turbo boost to 3.4 GHz its thermals are good as Helios 300. Get 3 year warranty for rs 999 from buyalenovo.com till 20 august. So order soon as 7 days left. That's not the fault of Single Channel Ram. There is something wrong with your GPU, just see it's usage it never goes more than 60% or else this laptop is barely powerful to constantly provide more than 130fps on these settings. Kindly try to fix it and then upload gaming review.

90c is too hot for gaming and the comments everyone is saying it’s normal and okay. CPU never reaches above 70c and GPU never reaches above 65. At 1080p mostly everything on ultra except msaa turn off and shadow on high. My FPS is at 120 on average.
