Brayden Horton a hacker is someone who penetrates a government firewall or any firewall they’re not suppose to get through that’s what the word was made for. A modded in gta 5 is basically a player installing something and Injecting it into their game files mostly through 86x program files. Also modding could be minecraft mods for one example but gta 5 players are used to think its people with like mod menus

@DaithiDeNogla it sucks to see you guys get stalked while doing missions. All you gotta do is join a public session and open up task manager. Then open the resource monitor on your network tab under processes and right click and suspend gta5 process for about 10 seconds and resume it. After that when you click back to the game, you'll end up being alone on the public session where you can invite your friends in and record peacefully. If someone joins, repeat the same 😊😊😊

Try public solo session ? Here's the step by step: Step1 : go in a public session Step2 :open resource monitor Step3 : suspend process GTA5.exe Step4 : wait 3 seconds Step5 : resume process GTA5.exe Step6 : return to GTA After doing that you will be alone in a public session, then invite your friends to that session It's still a random person still could join the session, but it usually takes a while until that happen
