Rockstar generally bans people for glitches that could cause them to lose money, such as money glitches and the ability to buy items for free, or if the glitch causes other users to have a negative experience. If you purchase this vehicle through the buy vehicle feature at the car meet, you're not causing rockstar to lose money because it counts as a legitimate purchase and takes the money from your account. As the vehicle hasn't been obtained through a glitch for free, it is very unlikely that you would get banned for doing this. The worst they could do is remove it from your account and give the money that players paid back.

Rockstar support is still telling me that I can't get any refunds etc. because I have things that I didn't buy legitimately. The thing they talk about is the cargobob that was purchasable through the story mode website link online while it was not actually available online yet. This was about 2014/15. I bought it on the warstock website paying 500k. Therefore they refuse to help me and even tricked me into selling a car, that was bugged and buying it again, telling me it would get refunded until they told me, "sike! You're getting shit!" Be aware of that!

fk yeah i'm gonna try to get it, i've been wishing for this to be in the game for a while now. from what i've seen in other reveals the interior ain't all that great for a luxury suv but then again they put a tractor interior on the Jubilee ,which should've been the ultimate in luxury suvs, but i guess gone are the days in which R* devs made complete jewls like the GP1, Nero,Revolter, Rapid GT, Schlagen,Stirling GT as labours of love and see them more as chores. i'm not saying don't use the same interior cause i guess you can put a different trim on it(even though more options would be nice... a little too late for that) but at least when you drop a milestone car that is supposed to be an icon for a certain class at least do something nice with it.

I also heard people are able to store the Park Ranger, i actually have one that spawned in atm, but when i go to take it to my garage it says "this vehicle cannot be stored in your garage unless you purchase the corresponding DLC"
