you can change handling.meta and put suspensionup and down to 4 meter and 0.80 and suspension force 0.5 instead 1.5 and removing turbulences

in general GTA 5 was not build with aviation realism ... and that is becouse if your plane in this game would be doing 1000km/h as in real then it would make the game look like being speeded x10 .. the map in the game is just too small to allow to bring so much realism to it ...

Azueo its how you land probably you land very rough that's the problem do the reverse thrust in the air and pull down and up a little
