Another Great Episode as always Jeff. I know when I frisk a woman ped with our limitations with LSPDFR I would frisk them in front of my dash cam so no funny business occurs and there is video proof. Also FYI and it was on Live PD where I heard this from Officer Stokes: If a female suspect is being arrested by a male officer they DO NOT HAVE TO CALL A FEMALE OFFICER. It is only a courtesy and not a requirement with some departments.

the rumbler siren is not only used to "shake" the car infront of the emergency vehicle cause it is used by police,fire and EMS. it is also used for blind and deaf people who cannot see or hear an emergency vehicle responding to something. I know this cause I am a volunteer firefighter

As a former LEO I will tell you that an male officer can search a female detained or under arrest. It all comes down to depart policy. And if the policy allows it and there is no female officer available the male officer can search, and does it in front of the patrol unit and on camera. They would never search a female at the side of the vehicle. Always in front of the police car or the rear of the detained car.
