Cause when a cop arrived at scene, he didn't know what happened before he arrived. So a cop usually assume everyone there is a threat. Also self defense situation is not applied here, because the attacker is surrendered, if you fight back then it's not self defense, it's assault

Regarding that first stop: since she was just under the BAC limit I think in a real world scenario the officer would likely perform a field sobriety test or just take them down to the station for a more accurate BAC measurement. In your case, taking into account her erratic driving and BAC level you probably shouldve taken her in.

+Itspietertime NO, on the east coast you need to come to a complete stop for 3 seconds. If an officer sees you only stop for 2 seconds, she can give you a ticket.

+Rj Wheeler I think it will be better to start with fresh install (keep backup of mods folder), Then copy LSPDFR 0.3 and ragehook, to check if it works. And finally copy over the mods folder for modded cars, sirens, etc. But since LSPDFR 0.3 has massive changes, i wouldn't recommend copying it over LSPDFR 0.2b. BUt it depends what G17 media says how to install it.

On the first stop, in my area (Santa Clara County) it's under the officer's discretion to decide if the person is able to drive, which in this case she wasn't, so she would have spent the rest of her day in winter wonderland. Keep up the great work Jeff!

LSPDFR 0.3 looks really promising from what I've seen so far (I haven't played it yet) but unfortunately I missed those live streams since I was at a Porsche festival which was amazing! I managed to meet Earl Bamber and Brendon Hartley who raced in the 24 Hours of LeMans last year who are truly great guys. That antenna is a pretty cool addition to the Interceptor too haha! Loved the episode Jeff.

Awesome Video Jeff. There is DUI and DWI. You can be charged with DWI when your .02 to .07 when being so does interfere with you driving ability. DUI is .08 or higher and that is a mandatory arrest. So yes you could have arrested that lady for DWI.The next thing is. You always search someone before you put them in your vehicle even if your just detaining them. It's officer safety.
