Guys if you're having trouble with this one, here's a tip. You'll need the Sniper Rifle with a suppressor and the Heavy sniper (recommended). Climb up on to the roof on the south side of the construction area and get just about close enough to activate the mission. Then, wait for the guy to go for a smoke break, usually about 10-15 seconds after the mission is activated. The reason you want to do that is because everyone will be in prime position at that time. What you'll do now is to take out every single guard and worker from right to left, apart from the two standing right next to each other. Make sure you don't miss anyone. After you've done this, get into position to double kill the two workers with one snipe. I'd recommend the Heavy Sniper for this one as it's slightly more powerful and the shot doesn't need to be as clear if you use it, but a sniper rifle also works. After you've killed those two, just get into the truck and drive to the parking lot carefully, you don't need to drive as fast as possible as you should still have some time left. This is a lot easier than what's shown in this video, I'm not even sure if this demonstration is possible on next gen and PC. Oh, and don't worry about getting caught just because you're using the Heavy Sniper on the final shot (You can't put a suppressor on a Heavy Sniper so it is much louder than other guns), because if you've killed all the other workers no one will here the shot either way.

SaturdayBorn What do you mean you didn't get gold? There are two Gold requirements, "Sneak Thief" and "Mission Time". If you did it exactly the way I suggested above you shouldn't have received a wanted level which should have given you the "Sneak Thief" requirement. If you however took too long you wouldn't have got the "Mission Time" one. Please do let me know what your problem was as I would like to help you if possible.

After about 15 failed attempts of sneaking around, I decided to just use the Silenced-Sniper and was able to drop everyone without being detected (much easier/faster). Also, I did this during the current update (Version 1.33 in 2020).

Finally figured out Sneaky thief- Take out the guard that you spawn by when you replay the mission Via Stealth attack. Go left and take out the guy staring at the Tubes via stealth attack. Go a bit right to the dirt pile and use your SILENCED Sniper to take out the guy infront of you using the wielder on the truck bed.(You can shoot through the fence) Turn left (still scoped) take the guy out smoking a cig in the corner near the dumpster. Sneak to where you took out the guy smoking and look behind the truck another guy is smoking a Cig...Shoot him, Now close to where you are is an Alleyway where you can go back to the street..Take it. Turn right and Run up the street and turn right there should be a security guard. Take him out with a stealth attack.(btw the 2 guards are looking at you when you attack them. That's ok it'll still count) Now Look forward and Snipe the SINGLE guy. Quickly take out the 2 guys after that Most likely Via Slowmo special + chest shot to kill them both with one shot. Now drive away. I've done this a few times to make sure it works. I really hope this helps you guys out.

I figured out how to do this. You must do a Stealth Takedown on any guard regardless of what you do to the others. If you just kill all of them, regardless of what order you do it in and even if you are undetected the entire time, then you CANNOT get the Requirement. You must spare at least one and knock him out instead. I don't understand why it's done this way since you can easily kill all of them from afar with the Sniper Rifle without being detected.

This is the "loud approach" to "the final job". If you went for the stealthier approach (the armoured van) then you won't have gotten this mission. If you replay the same mission, you should be able to get this part if you choose the "loud approach" during the planning.

Jim Hood I just finished this, what I did was, sniper all the way. I sniped guard one by himself, 3 and 4 together, 2 alone, then the two chatting next. Then the security guard behind them. Then the stand alone behind the trailer, gave me credit. Wasn't possible for me to do this melee style, 3 kept moving too fast and the two talkers tipped the guard off 100% of the time.

I got it. Slowly snipe them off from across the street. There are many vantage points you can do this from. Use multiple. First, there's a small building you can climb on top of by jumping on some dumpsters. Second, there's a tower with a ladder near where you spawn. Climb that and you might find a good vantage point. Thirdly, directly across the street. It seems wrong because it's right in the open, but the area where the 3 guys are all together talking, you can line it up just right and headshot all three of them at once. Don't do too many people at a time. Go for one shot at a time. Then when it looks clear, sneak through and take out the rest by sneaking up behind them and knocking them out. Then once you've made sure everyone is gone, get in the truck and go. You'll know you've succeeded if you call Lester to confirm you have it. I hope this helps!

You can do it this way: Take a chopper and fly closer to the main entrance (like in this video), but don't trigger the mission yet. You will also need a silenced sniper rifle. You wanna take down the guard at main entrance, then the back guard, then others. The reason why you are going to need a helicopter is because it will give you "wanted" level, and you'll need to escape police WITHOUT leaving this place, otherwise NPCs will respawn. After gaining wanted level (most likely 2 stars) you should hover in your heli 4-5 meters from the spot where the main entrance guy was and I believe 10-15 meters altitude is gonna be just fine. After all of this, there might still be 1-2 guys left because you can't see them all from one spot, but that's fine, you can easily get them with even a silenced pistol.

I did this mission in the weirdest way possible. First I took out the guard in the front exactly like you did, but then when I took out the second person whose positioning btw was a little different than what I saw here which spooked the two idiots behind him and the other guard was alerted. On top of this I now also had a 2 wanted level. But the employees had run away at this point and I killed the guard with my shotgun. The cops came in and I almost gave up but then I saw a ladder which led to the roof which I climbed. Obviously the cops saw it and chased after me to the rooftop. But luckily there was another roof right next to this one which I climbed to. Guess what? I was not within the cops range and after hiding there for a minute or so I lost the wanted level. LOL.

Old vid but while playing onps4 GTA, u can actually manage to go to the truck after doing a few stealth kills then take the truck and go left. Then turn right towards the metal house. Did this while I had 2 stars. Finished the mission in 5 min tops surprisingly

sniper rifle with suppressor is the easiest way to do this. either come from the opposite direction and shoot everyone from the roof (some ladders are on other side of the buildings) - or else shoot from across the road. if you get spotted just crouch down on the rooftop and the cops will leave again after a minute. :)

I restarted the entire mission (no retry) if I failed. I also shot the 2 guards at the same time with a silenced sniper rifle by going on the west side, across the road. I used the default pistol with a silencer for all the guys standing alone. For the last 2 guys (not guards) I shot them at the same time as well with a silenced sniper rifle. That seemed to finally do the trick for me.

You can get on the train tracks nearby to lose the cops. Just drive right up to the truck with your car to avoid fighting gaurds, hop in and drive until you lose them. Took me less than 5 minutes including drive time back to the parking lot. Don’t shoot the guards. Just take a few bullets. You’ll only get 2 stars instead of 3 for an easier escape.

The reason this is causing confusion is because the gaurds act differently if you first start the mission, or you are trying again after dying. If you restart the 3rd guy always walks away. Just knock out the first 2 like in the vid then use silenced sniper rifle for all the rest, easy.

I found the best way to get through this task with almost no effort, going far (so the game does not pick up that you started the task, about the distance of the road) Then stand with Sniper silencing, and shoot the welder and the man looking at him. And it is also possible for the couple standing together to eliminate together. If there are police waiting for them to disappear (you can hide in a building on the other side of the road) Then go close and actually start the task and you will already have 4 eliminations without even starting the task and that's how you finish it easily

*5 EASY STEPS:* •1st: go to the alley next to the site and climb the two trash containers linked by ramps. Equipped with a suppressor, snipe the guard at the far end •2nd: go back to the other side of the street where you can see everything, snipe the guard at the front, and then the worker standing over the platform at the rear end of the drill •3rd: a worker walks to the back standing in front of a gate, position yourself in a way that you can shoot all the three workers in line to the right with a single bullet, then shoot the guy at the gate and then the three workers •4th: enter the site, and sneak walk easily to take down the first guy to the left (or snipe him) •5th: still sneaking, freely now, take the last guy next to the bulldozer (or snipe him).

Here is my tips.. First kill the first guard, then kill the first, second and third workers.. Kill all of them using stealth.. Then hide at a suitable place and kill the second guard and also the two workers that having a conversation.. And then kill the remaining workers using stealth.. I used this method and still got 100% completion

Easy way to do it is to buy an AR and sniper rifle both with a suppressor, go onto a rooftop and snipe the guards and then the workers. Worked for me first try.

Tried this method and failed like 10 times in a row, usually being spotted either after knocking out the guy welding the truck bed, or after the second armed guard, so eventually I tried it my own way, following the video method up until knocking out the second person, and then sniping everyone else from that position, not only did it work perfectly, it was also faster, giving you more time to drive the truck away safely.

I beaten this in 100% Gold Medal my time is 2:33.I just use Marksman Rifle with suppressor and snipe ever guard from the front entrance, just use the billboard and climb on top of it or use that small guard house with a tree blocking it near the billboard and climb on top of it's guard house.

I suppose this only works in the PS3/Xbox 360 version. I've been trying to get this Gold medal in the enhanced version and I can't get it to work no matter what. The guy in the orange vest at 0:42 always sees me knock down the second guy and I end up with the cops on me. When it's not him, it's the guys in the back after I knock down the third guy.

Enter trough the back entrance, then kill the guard with stealth mode and a supressor, continue killing until they notice you and call the Cops, then go back and hide in the container and wait for the heat to pull off, wait till they are gone and steal the truck. Don't know if it will work for you though, but it worked for me. Good luck and try not to perform any crimes until you deliver the truck.

I hate this mission lol. Ive watched this video and done this several times and no matter what time of day in the game or who i play as in the mission, there are a ton more guards than this. I followed this video in every move but as soon as i enter and knock the first 2 guys out, i look around the parking lot (without being noticed) and I see about 8 more guys than in this video. One starts walking around and then suddenly they see a knocked out guard...... So irritating

This mission ruin the joy of stealth mission mode. Using sniper riffle and somehow the guards abble to spot me and called the police.

Snipe the guards first, then the first of the three guys standing against the building on the right, then snipe the guy next to the driller who's about to light a cigarette, then the two guys talking with each other, after that you can snipe the rest with no problem.

Okay, I just got sneak thief by spawning after a mission failure and going down the alley on the right side and taking out the guard on the far side with a suppressed sniper from the storage containers. Then running back to where the car is parked and climbing up to the roof of that building. From there I snipe everyone in the center area I can see, and then pull the vehicle over to the turnout on the other side of the propane tank. And then from there snipe everyone that is left, should be the 2 guys talking and the guy walking to the far side to smoke. Easy 👍

I just ran to the truck and hopped in lol. Had to lose the cops by driving over the hills. I feel so dumb.

To do it really easily, kill the 2 guards with a gun, then hide out back in the “Fridgit: Cold Storage Units” to get away from the cops, only took me 2 tries that way.
