Panthaa adding bulletproof tyres removes the low grip tyres, you drove it with the regular ones because of that

The low grip tires arent useable in freemode, they are only useable at the ls car meet track

The coloured headlights is a thing for all vehicles and always has been since the Arena Wars DLC. You just needed to take any vehicle to your Arena Workshop as it was previously the only mechanic with the option.

The 400Z engine doesn't use the GT-R Engine. It uses a Turbo Infiniti V6. The VR38 is built by hand, the 400Z won't have that

I think the dash is old as a reference to real life like how the 350Z and 370Z are reminiscent of the 240Z by not having modern things in them, if you've seen doug demuro's review of the 370Z NisMo you'll understand what I mean.
