Riot van would at least be fun if it wasn't a Pegasus vehicle, as it could be used instead of a Kuruma for when you wanted a change of pace (if you had cash to mess around with).

Riot's security has been improved in the online section. Because it was destroyed with a few sticky bombs and it didn't explode with a gas pump, I blew up ten cars next to it at the same time and it didn't explode and only smoke came out of it, and when the smoke came out of it, it exploded with a few sticky bombs.

Riot van and the (2) cop cars are released because of ppl asking for it. They really serve no purpose only just to have one. The unreleased buffalo cop car may serve a purpose because it will be fast, probably.
