Because if u couldn't get shot at The vehicle would be too strong, considering it has homing missiles and can take 5 to 6 homing missiles I gained developer always needs to prioritize the in-game function over realisticness

Depends on what activity. Stormerg is great on pvp free roam. the weaponized tampa is spectacular on heists, specially on pc, where you are able to aim easily. The halftrack is extremelly strong, but way to slow to be used on any level of play

Racing Planet nah pop shaft and go higher then the stromberg so it can't lock on and when you shoot it the stromberg bounces so you will kill it i always destroy strombergs there easy kills

The half track is really good, it’s just slow and you can easily get shot out of the back cannon, you can also use it on heists.

My favourite vehicle is Storm-berg as it looks disguised as a normal NPC vehicle that you would find of the streets but instead it’s a submarine with rockets 🚀 and then half track as off road vehicle

The windows not breaking on the Stromberg is not a bug it is so when you are underwater there will always be glass so stop water from coming in and to look more water tight

The stromberg's windows that does not break is not a bug, it happens to you don't destroy the car if you go on the water, if the glass breaked it would get destroyed as it happens when you break its door.
