I got a DOJ video idea: So basically what you want to do is rob the Fleeca bank around Sandy Shores. And when you get lots of cops you want to use your Blazer Aquas to flee across the Alamo. So to make it more interesting. You can put the Blazers in the back of a trailer, have Buggs and You be the Blazer drivers. And polecat (or whoever you decide) to drive the truck with trailer. Idea #2 Rob 24/7 or Fleeca around Sandy Shores, have any SUV you want. And flee north to Paleto and down to the bridge, I can't remember if the tall one is before the military base on the top of the map or the one closer to the city. But what you want is to go to the one that's tallest, pretty sure the one closet to Paleto. When the cops surround you park the SUV on the right side of bridge (coming from Paleto) and then you should jump off over the bridge. Have a boat down there and escape. A huge and tough episode but hella fun.

Simon Brown depends on the state. In most states you have the right to fire at someone when your life is threatened no matter what. The only exception is in a gun free zone. Buggs never broke the law by firing at Jeff.

Zachary Sanders - No, What Buggs did is illegal in every state. They tend to go loosely on California law except when it comes to guns because it is illegal to have a loaded firearm in a vehicle in California. In states with castle doctrine you have a duty to retreat before using deadly force. Even states with so called "stand your ground" laws, which there is no duty to retreat, because he's not standing ground if he's actively chasing the attacker.

MeanJim Maybe it's specifically illegal in California, but I can tell you that is not the case for every state. And I'm sorry what cop is going to charge buggs for firing a gun after he was almost killed. That would qualify as self defense and the only thing buggs could be charged with would be having a loaded gun in a car, because that's what California law says. That's not every state though.
