damn those first two "cops" really don't know how evidence works, if one is accusing somebody else of breaking stuff, and sees it with it's own eyes, he is whats called a witness, and therefore there was evidence, should have charged the neighbor with criminal damage...

That's some BS RP from those cops at the end. The motor unit gets hit directly by the unmarked and flipped in the air and lands on top of the Charger's roof and there's also deputy gets hit by his own Explorer and pushed 10 to 15 feet from the impact but they both get up and act like nothing happened.
