There is a ladder in that tunnel, though the only one you can access is a straight up and down one that pukes you out near that over-under bridge in Vespucci. Gotten away there a few times in Online, and been killed there by the AI after a massive getaway. Them's the brakes!

I don't try to, they mainly have DOJ on their channel where I have multiple series. They recorded a session before I joined so that is why it's always out of sync. It's not a big deal I am not gunning for views nor am I competing with anyone in Code Zero. We all have our own channels to take care of.
