that marshal guy has no idea what the laws are. honestly reminds me of altis life roleplayers, reason i left arma 3. every excuse they have is gollowed up with "it is on my dashcam". what bothers me was the initial reason for the stop. you all on the main road have the right of way. that cop exiting a parking lot was at fault. not to mention the trying to arrest you for possession of residue.

Christ. I mean I get it's a game, but holy shit those cops need some serious training. First off... It's a game with lag. On Jeff's screen the cop was flying to the exit of the parking lot. Bugg's was making a slow turn into the front of 24/7. Second... Just because an individual is in possession of a certain amount of a controlled substance does not mean you immediately arrest them. Most states, including California (San Andreas), have a maximum amount of a substance allowed to make the situation a cite and release. Be this amount 3 grams of marijuana or an ounce, there is no reason to arrest an individual with crumbs. There was no intent to sell, and the individual was not driving the vehicle. It also would never hold up in court because it wouldn't be enough to test. Lastly... That one douche of a cop "can you shut him up for a minute" needs to learn some patience. Being in public service means you deal with the public. The public is stupid, annoying, and full of assholes. Deal with it. It's Jeff's job as a civilian in this role-play to annoy the fuck out of you.

They did actually say, several times, Lonnie only had an ID but not a driver's license. -- I got a ticket in the early 1970's for a little bit of weed in the corner of a baggie. I went to the Law Library and found a law that said you had to have enough for actual use. I knew that if they had tested it there wouldn't be enough left for evidence. I fought it in court, saying there wasn't enough for a bowl, not enough to even get buzzed on, and got the charge and fine dropped. Another time I got a ticket for a little weed, they gave me a fine and I told the judge I wasn't going to pay it. The judge said I was in contempt of court. I said "No, I'm just telling you I don't have the money to pay the fine and don't expect to have the money. So just put me in jail." After a few seconds of the judge staring at me wide eyed and blinking, he dropped it :>
