When the paramedic introduced himself and said "if you can hear me" I had to pause the video. I blinked twice. I literally went "she is clinically dead, she cant hear you" but damn that was a good video

They should have anticipated a possible suicide by cop and stayed back behind cover while trying to get a beanbag or taser into position. They knew you had limited ammo for a firefight if they could control the situation. That said, it's one thing to know that after the fact and another to actually anticipate it beforehand.
