I'm not actually... its rare that I'm there. In this case, The location was literally a place I was survailing FOR a case that ended up being related to this. Notably, Operation Spruce. Actually I cannot remember the last time as LEO i was 'on scene' for something already.

What's the difference between als and bls medics??

BLS can do certain treatments, mostly non invasive. Stabalise and transport. ALS are full paramedics and capable of actual treatment.
