That little vehicle Fire is the maxwell vagrant it is based on the Aerial Nomad which is the off road buggy version of the Aerial Atom which is a stripped down light weight track toy and despite only having rear wheel drive the Nomad is a fast and very capable off-roader and I have only ever seen one and that was at the festival of speed this year and I have also seen two Aerial Atoms as well.

rp accident ideas one of you police characters should be trapped under a car either someone civs or your own but it should be in the forest area near the railroad track so they will have to find you and maybe bring med light or air 1 to find you.
