It's not... You don't understand Montana is such a rural area. If you get pulled over, it might be a 1-2 hour drive to the nearest sheriff/police station. It's more convenient to pay it then and the officer marks your ticket as good. There's also a strict process on what happens when someone pays this way preventing the officers from stealing the money. Note that this type of payment only applies to a few departments and that 99% of departments do not allow this and is against their policy. @@hyperboreanforeskin

Epic vid! Been watching Jeff's vids for ages now. Have to say Buggs, that you're a way better driver than him! Except hitting that one wall that totaled your car lol... You actually drive fast to get away, turn lights off, e-brake to hide taillights, and cut corners like crazy! Jeff is so slow and not strategic with his driving at all it seems, lol. I find myself saying "you so could've got away..." x1000 times watching his vids. Awesome vid tho! Might start watching yours more now. :)
