Darkling276 It can have a different meaning depending on the department. Here in DOJ, "Code 5" refers to an extremely dangerous situation. That is why when they pulled him over, they all had there guns out because someone must've said called a Code 5. Code 5 can also refer to the act of officers pulling out guns. At least that is what it means for DOJ, it might be different for other departments.
