Just curious of why yall are so strict on the HP units patrol area. Idk about FL or CA but where I'm from HP can and does patrol through major cities small town anywhere and everywhere. they have seniority over all of the local police. And on your server I would encourage atleast one or 2 HP to patrol the city to help out the PD since they Normally don't have that many units active anyway. Not complaining just curious.

Because we don't have set departments for our LEO's, we give them the freedom so they don't get bored doing the same thing over and over. If they want to help out with PD they need to log in as a PD unit.
